The genie and the whole home system is garbage

The genie and the whole system is garbage, i have less than a week with it and its nod good if you are planning on getting the genie, do not do it! Any thing you record can be seen by everybody in the house, and it can also be deleted byanybody in the house... Thats no good, stay away from it, and by the way, since i am a less than a week new customer i called and complian about it, and they treated me bad. I can wait to cancel them... Directv sucks! Especially the genie.
