Genie Company Genie Garage Door Opener.
I DO NOT RECOMEND TO BUY ANY GENIE PRODUCTS
Worse company to deal with, Tere products poorlY built. Since i put the GENIE garage door opener I have but nothing troubles, still it is under warranty, but to get warranty service is another matter to handdle through te Genie Company.

Few days back my Genie garage door opener malfunctions and pulled my garage door out of it's railing. I could not open or close the door, I called Genie about this matter, they said some one cotact me from customer service, I told them I can not wait, my garage door is half way open, I can not take my car out of garage. Eventualy someone called, I was told to have wait for few days their authorised dealer come and see whether they are responsibe or nt.

I had no other choice, to call their autorised dealer to come and fix my garage door. Now Genie refuses to pay. Name of the customer rep. Was Mary Olita. I do not recomend to buy genie products.
