I have had Dish since 7 and it was the worst mistake I ever made.in the beginning the equipment was faulty, and it took many attempts to get it fixed. At one point I was so tired of not having my TV work that I called to cancel. I was informed that even if my TV service is not working, I would have to pay to break the contract. I hadn't even had it for a month.

The last 3 bills have all been wrong. On 2/8 I was told I was speaking to a supervisor, got the ID# and was told my credit would be on the next bill. I opened it today and not only was it not on there, but I got charged for an agent assist fee. Yes, I got charged so an agent could assist me. I did not make payment over the phone with the agent, but did it on the automated system. The amount they deducted was wrong.

So I called today, and got nothing but attitude from the supervisor. She was indignant and would only tell me she would give me a partial credit and that she saw nothing about my phone conversation. I gave her this agent number from the lady I spoke with 2/8 and she told me she was not a supervisor. What is going on? This is no way to run a business. She reluctantly finally gave my credit due to me but it was like pulling teeth. I asked her if their was a complaint department and she wanted to just give me an address.

At this point it would cost us $287 to get out of our contract but it may be time, even if we don't have the money. Dish you have failed another customer. I haven't come across anyone that I know that had you and said anything positive. It was all negative.
Please resolve this for me. This isn't right. This isn't ethical and it isn't fair.
