Direct tv & the fact of they don't care about children's safety - direct tv

I will bad mouth direct tv any chance I get. I understand there was a contract BUT no where in it said any thing about the chance of injury that could cause death and only giving you $5 off a month for six months. Let me explain. A couple of years ago I had moved and had installers come and re-install. The installers that came out left their bolts for the dish outside on the ground and left. My second son, then 15 mos, found one, yes he was supervised, and I turned around to see where the other kids were to turn back around to see my 15 mos old son turning blue from choking on the bolts (up until then we had no idea the bolts were there) I called direct tv right after we got the bolt out of my sons airway and made sure he was ok. All direct tv would offer was 5$ off a month for 6 mos and said the installers would be talked too. What would have happened if my son Died? Talk about insult to injury. And now... I'm having problems with them and the debt collectors. I agreed to settle out. But after giving them my credit card number they lost it. So I have it to them again. And now direct tv is refusing payment and wants my routing number and account number. So sorry direct tv... The whole company is a p.O. S they refuse my debit card as payment I refuse the payment.
