Don't charge me what I quoted

I called to get a price. And to get the channels I wanted and DVR the price would be $25.99. And I said a couple of times " Thats all, no hidden fees? Are you sure"? He says "Yes" So the next day Direct TV comes out and gets the satelite on top of my house then comes in to hook up TV and he doesn't have me down for DVR. So we call and to get DVR it'll be $29.99. I agreed. After he left I get a call to see how the hook-up went and this guy (third one I've talked to) says "Oh to get DVR it'll be $34.99 and theres a $19.99 fee for shipping the equipment to me, that he brought on his truck. I talked to a Supervisor and he could do nothing. So I cancelled within 24 hours. I thought about it and decided to call back and get turned back on. This lady assured me that it would be $34.99 every month for the first year and $59.99 the second year, Absolutely! So every month I don't know what they're going to charge on my credit card. One month it's $44.99, next month $49.99. My service hasn't changed but it's always different. I lost my job 3 weeks after getting Direct TV and it's very scary. I have called several times in between all this and get no satisfaction. Yesterday, the Supervisor said the reason they are charging me more is because the quotes I was given didn't include the equipment! Duh! Half a dozen people gave me a lower quote but it didn't include the equipment to get the TV channels? I've had it now for 6 months. 1 and 1/2 years to go.
