Early cancellation fee charged after faulty install and bundle not honored

Direct tv sells package bundle that att doesnt honor then steals money from account by debit
for what they call a early cancellation. On a incomplete install.
So how can it be early cancellation when ATT FOR INTERNET DOESNT OFFER PRICE THEY QUOTED LOL
Now they gave me credit back of 460.00 of the 497.79 they took out of my checking, but have not returned the money to the bank account causing over draft and say that they have 30 days how can this be legal, took 5 minutes to debit without permission and they cant reverse it. This truly should be a warning to all consumers of this kind of theft. What is worse jpmorgan chase allowed that. And wont file dispute to complain fraud till 15 days so they can return to account.
