DIRECTV has (literally) STOLEN my savings!

Let me start out by saying that Directv is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with! Their "customer" service is garbage! For instance, they have an automative service; whether you say "1" for "English" or whatever, they will (DEFINITELY) misunderstand you and take you to the wrong menu. After that, they will make you so many FALSE promises about their BOGUS moving deals, new costumer deals, "free" NFL package deals, etc. I wish I could exaggerate on how F'ING VIOLATED I feel by Directv, but I honestly can't put it into words. Here's the VERY, VERY short version: For staters: They promised me premium channels for a year (after 3 months WITHOUT warning, I was billed $55.99 per month). Then, when I disputed the charges, I was told that I should have cancelled "before that point." HOWEVER, I was never given an exact date to call and end my (suposively) "FREE" subscription by. Among several other highly dissatisfying traits, Directv lost my respect when they ROBBED me of over $400!!! I used my bank card to pay my bill in July (ONE TIME), and in January (of the next year... Almost Six months later), Directv pulled several hundreds of dollars out of my PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR EVEN KNOWLEDGE! Even right after that, 4 out of 4 of their (half-assed, so-called supervisors) felt NO remorse or responsibility for their companies' actions. Directv is a sad excuse for a satellite provider, and an even more sad excuse for anything that is supposed to appeal to (potential) customers. Whether you're a potential future Direct customer or a current (most-likely unhappy) customer, I invite you to share your own personal DIRECTV experiences. I can (safely) assume that they are NOT positive!
