Faulty Dvr and TERRIBLE customer service - u verse

My Dvr unit started giving me trouble the week of December 26th... I spent more than 3 hours trouble shooting and / or trying to get the dvr to work... Finally I was sent another unit and it arrived promptly the problem is it didnt work... After spending another 2 hours trying to get the replacement to work (to no avail) I demanded that a working unit be sent. I just finished spending another 45 minutes talking to 3 different representatives. I was told that a supervisor would call me back after holding and refusing to hold any longer... An hour later still (to my surprise) no phone call. I normally dont watch live tv... We utilize the dvr for about 85% of our televsion viewing. My expectation? When I get feedback from upper management if this situation is not handled to my satisfaction I will terminate my relationship with AT & T. Not a threat... A promise!
