Never sent boxes, final bill or took deposit and still OD my acct. - Dish Network

I never signed a contract. I had to put 300 deposit and had to cancel service because I moved. Waited for boxes and final bill never got any of the above and without notice they withdrew over $400 from my account, which has now caused an overdraft. I called dish and the representatives were rude and not helpful. They told me they were going to take more money out of my account and the 300 wasn't to cover anything. I don't have this money. They are fraudulent and should be investigated.
