Windstream Terrible Internet Customer Service - Windstream High Speed Internet

Had an internet problem again tonight. Was on phone for over an hour and never reached a live person. Phone voice message said wait time was 10 minutes. What a joke! Hard to understand how this company can stay in business here in north Georgia.
