I arranged resort within the otel.com site. Following day I obtain a phone out of this organization that resort is completely complete plus they apologize for trouble. After couple of days I examined my consideration and cash for resort there obtained. Therefore, I'venot remained in Resort due to otel.com error but on 31 of March the corporation required 62 pound from my bill. I contact them lots of occasions but all of the time I noticed exactly the same all our owner are hectic at that time. I had been waiting 10 -15 minute but no answer. I published several emails, furthermore nevertheless I'venot got response to them.
