Do not use otel. Cp

We booked a hotel three months before our trip. While we were on our way to our overseas destination, otel.com called us one day before we checked into the hotel and told us that the reservation was cancelled. Although they immediately booked us another hotel, the alternative hotel was of much inferior quality. We felt stranded and helpless. How could otel.com ditch their clients in a foreign country at the last minute? We complained over the cell phone for an hour, but we were given a run-around. Each time the line was transferred, we had to repeat our situation again. Otel.com refused to help. More, they refused to pay our $250 international cell phone roaming bill. We will never use otel.com again. It is unreliable, irresponsible, and unprofessional. For your traveling pleasure, please use other more credible US traveling websites...
