I read the reviews of otel.com Most were negative so I feel I must put my experience on record. I knew which hotel I wanted to stay and after searching on line I found otel.com the cheapest by far including a direct enquiry to the hotel. My advice, find your hotel, check if otel.com covers it, pay with credit card, check reservations directly with hotel. Happy Holiday
