Expedia telephone support, they diconnect the call after I am on hold. They have done it twice in a row. - Expedia

I have been on hold with Expedia for more than 2 hours now. 2 times I have heard an agent ring in, instead of coming online, the agent disconnects. This is a time sensitive issue. I sent an email with the usual resonse of 24 hour to 48 hour turnaround.
I never had this problem with Travelocity, I don't think I will be using this service again.
