Double charging me for a flight - Expedia

I have been a long time customer with Expedia but, to my disappointment my last flight booking they charged me twice which, of course over drafted my account. Anyways, when trying to solve this issue I was on hold for over an hour and had to make about 3 phone calls, not a pleasant experience. They could not return my money for 10 day and offered to give me a $20 credit for a hotel. This issue was 100% Expedia fault. I do not recommend book with them.
