Scam company! Don't do business at roomstays.com!

Just like another poster, I too thought I was on the Embassy Suites website. I KNOW that I booked my room for the 13th b/c I was attending my nephews wedding. When the reservation printed out it showed the 20th! I called to get a refund and was told that I could not get my money back! I was furious. The whole scene reminded me of the Capital One commercial where the guy pretends to be a"customer service" rep! I am still working with my bank to get a refund from theses scumbags! Be SURE you are on the hotels website, call the hotel if you have to in order to be sure. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT book with roomstays.com!!!
