Oomstays horrible service - Roomstays.com

What a way to start our honeymoon!!! Booked our room through roomstays and then the hotel can't find our reservations even though the money had already been taken out of our account. After staying on hold for several minutes and being disconnected and calling back to re-explain to another representative, we finally were able to check in TWO HOURS after check-in time!!! Plus the machine kept saying it didn't recognize our itinerary number when we called for assistance. Never use roomstays.com to reserve your hotel!!!
