Biggest rip off! BEWARE - Hotel Reservations

I thought I was dealing with Harveys, but it was really ROOMSTAYS. I cancelled my reservation to book with the real Harveys and then found out I was going to be charged a $9.95 booking fee by Roomstays! At first they said it was Harvey's policy, but I called Harveys and they had no such policy. Called Roomstays back and they said it was their booking fee. I'm going to call my visa co. Today because after reading reviews I'm afraid I won't get back any refund. Don't use this company. It's hard to even tell you're not booking through the hotel itself, but make sure you don't see ROOMSTAYS anywhere on the page.
