Booking issue ruined my 10 year wedding anniversary - Trip from LA to NY

I hate Travelocity.com.
My wife and I found a great trip to New York to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and they have messed it up. We spent hours finding the perfect flight, hotel, and price purchased it but due to an error on Travelocity%u2019s web site they did not book the trip but they did charge our card. So our money is unavailable, the flights are no longer available, and the hotel cost has gone up. I spent 1.5 hours on Labor day trying to get this resolved and another ½ hour today still nothing.
