Issues were resolved and I had a great trip!

I booked a last-minute round trip flight to Jamaica on Travelocity.com. Everything went through and my account was charged however I never received a confirmation email. I called Travelocity and spoke to a customer service rep who basically told me that my money would be refunded because something went wrong when the flight reservation was being confirmed. I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to Marvin. I explained the situation to Marvin and he asked if I minded being put on hold and he would try to confirm the reservation himself. Marvin was very kind and helpful and did manage to get my reservation confirmed. I have since taken my trip and although my experience with Travelocity.com had a rough start they have proven to provide wonderful customer service that is available to help you solve any problem. I would definitely recommend to a friend. Thank you again Marvin!!!
