Low recognition of courtesy discount

A remain in an area in Ohio having a dirty ground produced a discount to get a free evening after worrying and understanding of no additional space available. Discount wasn't accepted in another hotel of the same chain in jacksonville. I had been informed by corporate that I'd to leap through extra hoops to make use of it; a well known fact not unveiled earlier, WHILE IT'D BE HELPFUL... ONLY A BS LOOPHOLE TO PREVENT REALLY BEING OUT THE CHARGE FOR ONE EVENING.

Extendedstay is a series of dirty, poor inns... Not worth the problem.
