Laquinta inns and suites 35% off with 14 day online advance booking scam

For the easter weekend i accepted the lq on line promotion of 35% off best available rate when booked on line at least14 days in advance. I followed all the fine print but since i was an aarp member and this information was in my on line profile the la quinta organazation refused to honor their promise due other fine print, viz: i could not receive or combine 2 promotions at the same time, and since the 5% aarp discount was available to me, the 14 day advance booking 35% discount would not be honored. I received only the 5% discount. This hotel chain has consistantly dis-honored its promises, especially to seniors, in recent years under mr wayne goldberg's leadership as ceo. It is truly a shame as the on site staffs of the inns are always so kind and professional.
