First class airline ticket complaint

My father had booked a ticket with British international business class. His departure time was scheduled to leave at 5 15 and we were in line by 4 25. This lady working for international airline who told my father that he will not be getting a meal with his flight because we were supose to be there by 4 30and I explained to her that we were there 10 minutes before and I don't appreciate this poor service I expect to be talked to with more respect and my father should have been able to receive his meal which later on the other gentlemen working there mentioned ' don't worry sir you will have something to eat " well this lady was very inconsiderate and rude and I want something done about the very poor service and unacceptable behavior I will never reccomnend anyone to go with British airlines ever.
