Unreliable/Deception Practice

I bought an airline ticket from this agent last year going back to Vietnam. He charged me for the ticket and gave me the confirmation number. One week before departure, I checked online to make sure the departure date is correct and saw that it didn't match the number that he gave me, so I had to call him again and ask for the confimation number of the airline ticket. Also, when I came back from Vietnam arrived at Los Angeles airport, I tried to check in for the ticket from Lax to Mci and there was none in the system. I asked the airline agent for help and he told me that the ticket was cancelled... I paid for my ticket and it was cancelled... But luckily, the agent at the airport was able to help me and get my ticket so that I was able to fly from LAX to MCi.
