Expedia
Told lie to make their commission

The other day I clled Expedia.com to book a room. I ask the rep on the phone if I could request a room on a specific floor and get it if it is available. He said he will call the hotel. Ii was standing in the hotel lobby of which he had no knowledge of. When he called the clerk told him I was not guaranteed the room until I book it. He came back on the phone and told me yes I was guaranteed the room. He lied to me just to make a sale. Thart's not good.
