Worst customer service

Ooked tickets for 4 adults from Malaga, Spain to Rome. Upon submitting all the infos for the passengers and credit cards, we realized there is a problem with the schedule so we started calling their customer service. Actually, we are planning to book again and we just want the reservations cancelled and this is within 5 minutes. Each time we call, we were put on hold for a very long time and we tried 4-5 times until we lost patience.
