NOT confirmed, BUT charged - PBORB9402437414

I booked flights to Honolulu in Orbitz.com. But, when I called Hawaiian Airlines, they said my tickets were NOT confirmed. I don't understand why Orbitz charged me the fees even there wasn't an available ticket. Orbitz is going to ruin my honeymoon. I really want to get a refund.
