Cheapoair travel complaint

We Purchased Four Airline Tickets through Cheapoair Departing from Chicago O'Hare on 12/19

24 Hours prior to departure we tried to check in online for our flight.US Airways was unable to find our flight reservations and discovered that Cheapoair had canceled all four of our flight reservations! We had no Christmas flight!

US Airways suggested we contact Cheapoair since we booked through them and they canceled our flight. I stayed on the line with US Airways while they tried to contact Cheapoair - we waited on the line for over 3.5 hours and no one from Cheapoair ever picked up the phone.

US Airways did not want to involve themselves due to the fact that Cheapoair had made the error but since we were unable to contact Cheapoair, US Airways placed us back on the flight, it took much persistance and begging from us to get back on the flight, all without the help of Cheapoair.

Additional contact with Cheapoair has been unsuccessful, including via their website and facebook pages.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also plan to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. From the looks of numerous compaints Cheapoair needs to be placed out of Business.
