Customer service blows!

Cheapoair got my name drastically wrong on my multiple location seats.in the place of my title they'd some signal, H2K, instead. They anticipated ME TO COVER all three title changes

They led me towards the airlines, who could not alter the title anyways since officially I didnot guide it, cheapoair did. Then after waiting on-hold for 1-hour everytime I named, customer support did NOTHING. Two hours before starting somebody named and stated they "set" the issue, but out-of my three seats, one nevertheless had my title INCORRECT and that I nearly got kicked off the trip! Never use cheapoair!!!
