PLEASE take caution and do not book through this company. With the economy the way it is right now, customer service is so important because you want to trust your hard-earned money in good hands. These jerks took my money and then cancelled my flight, saying it was the airlines fault because my whole flight had been cancelled. HOWEVER, i just called the airline directly and the flight has NOT been cancelled. Cheapoair had gone and cancelled it on their own. This was for an international trip and over $2000 down the drain. Also, cheapoair outsources all their calls to india, so be prepared to be given lots of excuses and be put on hold for hours at a time. I am taking this matter further and will seek restitution.
