Greyhound Bus
Overloaded Bus and people sitting in the aisle

Traveling & Tourism

This was my daughter's first (and definitely her last) trip on Greyhound. She is 7 1/2 weeks pregnant. Although she got to the station 1 hour early, her bus was late picking her up. Then they had too many people board at each stop and asked them to sit in the aisle (very illegal). They were late to the next station for transfer (because the first bus was late), and had to wait 4 hours in a non air conditioned station. When another passenger had a seizure in the waiting area, other passengers took the opportunity to push past my pregnant daughter to get first in line. When I called the station to let them know she was pregnant and must have a seat, the "Supervisor" said my daughter is not a priority just because she is pregnant and seating was first come first serve. Didn't matter she had already waited two hours and passengers just arriving were pushing her out of the way. The "supervisor" said they couldn't control who had a seizure and hung up on me when I said they should control order in their station. The security guard was sleeping outside on a chair and the workers were busy talking in back. Do not travel on greyhound.
