Greyhound Trip from Hell

Nearly 2 hrs. Late to start with. Broke down on side of road for almost 5 hrs. Driver didn't even have on any lights or road flares out for hrs. Until passengers begged her to. 5-10 suitcases put on side of road for hrs. On wet ground. Driver using foul language over PA system, "I'm tired of this f - sh—t. I'll leave your as&s on the side of the road". Because trip took 3x longer than expected, new mother of 2 month old ran out of fresh water for formula. She wanted to run into bathroom on a pickup stop only and fill a bottle for her screaming baby and driver said "No, what do you expect me to do." He gave her a half drank out of bottle of water from under his seat! Trip that should have been 14 hrs. Was 32. Locked out of station for 3 1/2 hrs. While waiting for next bus with no bathrooms, food, or water. Good thing it wasn't raining! Man snorting white substance in station. One woman's bus caught fire, her next bus had tire blow out and her third bus the wheel bearings went out. On the night I traveled, a passenger was mugged outside the station. Only 1 bus out of the many, many I was on that day had outlets for phones. All drivers and employees were rude and inconsiderate. Toilet overflowed and came down center aisle. This is NOT a joke. These things actually happened. PLEASE don't waste your money or time riding Greyhound.
