Greyhound Bus
Bus drove past and left us

My bus was scheduled to leave at 11:25. I arrived at the Martin Luther King Jr location only to find that they had moved when I called the number provided they gave me the same address I was sitting at. Thank goodness the parts store behind the old station knew where they had moved to. I arrived at a Citgo station @10:30 am and waited. At 11:45am the greyhound bus drives by leaving me and 5 other passengers sitting in the parking lot. It never even slowed down. I continued waiting on the bus for 5 hours. I talked to 15 different people and was given 28 different numbers. My bus was supposed to be #0537. I was informed at 5:15pm by a greyhound agent that I needed to go home that I had waited too long for the bus and the next bus would be there the next day at 11:25. Greyhound bus is the worst business that I have ever dealt with and I travel a lot! I am now being informed that I am going to be responsible for paying a $20 fee to change dates on a ticket!!!?? You cannot speak to anyone and once you do you are extremely lucky to be able to understand them! I will now be late getting to my appointments back home because Greyhound bus has no clue how to run a business. "please call customer service" do you know how many times I was told this? What good is customer service going to do me on Monday? By then I will already be late to work. I will NEVER EVER go thru Greyhound bus again and I will not stop until everyone I know or come in contact with knows what kind of company this is. I would have been better off holding up a sign and hitchhiking back home! If you value your sanity heed my warning and DO NOT give Greyhound your money...
