Never use again!

This was the worst traveling experience of my life.in order to change my ticket there were a ton of extra costs that they never told me about. Getting a hold of someone to even talk to is next to impossible. The branches where I would be leaving from and going to never answered their phones, the greyhound corporate number only answered their phone after a half hour of calling and almost 2 hours of calling the branches and the customer service line.

Then our bus arrived TWO HOURS LATE! Absolutely ridiculous. Extremely rude employees and customer service representatives. I will NEVER be using this mode of transportation again! Megabus would have never done any of this to me!
