Better off with Megabus - Traveling Bus Service

I recently planned a tripped to Michigan from North Carolina. I went cheap and took Megabus. The Customer service was bad and my bus excessively late. I paid 100 dollars more for the same trip back with Greyhound and sadly Greyhound was no better. The bus I rode was old and filthy. Not like dirt on floor but the paneling all around the inside was dirty and just unappealing. There was no outlets or Wifi like I thought from advertising on sight. When I arrived to the station for a transfer they moved my bus time an hour ahead and did not notify me, would have missed bus if I hadn't checked desk to see what gate I was leaving from. I arrived at another station only to have gate to be switched without notification. Megabus was cheaper and with nicer buses. I was extremely disappointed with my experience.
