Stole my money, unhelpful, broke the law

They were not helpful at all. On the website I searched for a hotel near my friends wedding (which i took a three hr bus ride from my house to the town).

Once I got to the city I hopstopped the hotel from where the wedding was (which on the website was 3 miles from the wedding) it said it was an hour and 44 min train ride away. The website was incorrect and even the taxi told me it was VERY far away.

I called three hours after I made the reservation to cancel and was told I could not because it was not 24 hrs in advance. Mind you i just made the reservation three hours earlier and wanted to cancel due to the misinformation on the website. After two hours on the phone with them and being hung up on three times i was offered another hotel. At that point i had missed the wedding and was on my way home from the city. I wasted 80$ on travel and a whole day to the misinformation on your website.

I called today and was told I could NOT have corporates address by a woman named RACHEL. I was also told I would have to call the hotel to get the manager from noon-4pm when it was already 1:30pm. The customer service agent made no sense at all and was very rude. Mind you i was also hung up three times before that

I HAVE contacted my LAWYER the FTC and the local news. I will not give up until I get a refund.
