Booked flight with expedia rep from Chicago to LAX. Expedia rep booked the wrong date. When I corrected her on the phone, she said it was too late that our card was already charged and would not be credited for 7-10 days. This was her mistake but now we have to wait another week to rebook. She would not honor the same price for the correct date. Then the customer rep I called to complain to hung up on me, yes hung up. Terrible customer service, i would be ashamed.
