Called to book flight from Chicago to LAX from Expedia. The Expedia rep booked the wrong day, charged our card and would not honor the same price for the correct date. The money was out of our acct within 5 min. Because of her mistake our card will not be credited for 7-10 days, if that. To top it all off the customer service rep hung up on my husband, yes hung up. We will never use them again and i would suggest you dont either. Big mistake, terrible customer service. Chris and Michele ALLEN
