Jitney
This was the most horrible unprofessional company i ever came across

I came to Atlantic city for a nice relaxing mini get away, and my first experience on Atlantic city jitney was HORRIBLE. As a customer I've never been treated so rudely disrespectful or just flat out mistreated, I am not familiar with the state of New jersey. And I would assume that In such a popular tourist attraction the traveling service would be aware of the fact that everyone isn't familiar with the location and getting around. I git on the first bus 6/18 on bus #80 and he was totally flat out rude I told him where I wanted to go he said OK and I ended at the last stop somewhere totally far from my destination and when I reminded him he said oh I'm sorry I would normally charge another fare but I will take you too many people get on it not my fault im not paying for your mistake?
My second experience I got on asked the bus as we are riding I realized the bus driver was riding pass my hotel I asked if he was going he said no he refused to let me off told me I should know where I'm going and he's not letting me off or taking me back I have to wait til he lets me off and deal with finding my way back?
My last and finally experience I've never been so affraid and mistreated I got on the jitney at 11:30pm at night I asked the driver to take me to the trump he said OK, after a few stops he says last stop I said remember I asked you to take me to trump he said oh but thats not my fault so I'm gonna take you but I should charge you cause you made a mistake. I said how I followed the protocol I asked you to take me to the trump you said OK and never announced my stop. He said look miss I don't want to hear none of your complaing continue to talk I will take you now that's it. As if he wasn't rude enough he now knows I'm lost don't know the area and I don't know where I'm going. He continues to drive for a couple minutes stop to pick up another custome then says its my stop. I say thank you all to get off he let me out in the middle of no where I had to walk blocks to get to The trump in the middle of the night this was the most horrible experience I have ever had.
