Beware! Stay away! 1HR on phone with cust. Service=nothing! - Airline Fare

DO NOT use their service! After an HOUR with customer service, they were unable to help me. Not only did I book an expensive flight but I also ended up transferring to different hotel! CheapOair customer service will try to solve the problem and they end up reciting that their nothing in their hands that they can do and claim that the airlines control everything and they are merely middlemen! A terrible weak company that I would not even recommend to my worst enemies! I wish if cheapOair would have have told me that that their so called "price guarantee" lasts for ONLY 2 HOURS after purchase!!! And even if you qualify, you get reimbursed with $10!!! No matter how big the difference is. They put on PRICE GUARANTEE in bold letters on their website front and all the irrational conditions are in fine print in a special window! Be smart! Stay away!
