Terrible service over the phone and misleading!

So I recently tried to book a flight from Miami to Bali and I found a great deal on cheapoair. I booked it submitted my credit card information got a confirmation and everything. But the next day I get an email that says we are unable to issue you your tickets because of some problem with the airline. I call the phone number an a very rude person tells me that since American Airlines and the connecting airline from china to Bali do not do "business" together this flight is not valid and it won't work. So I ask them how could they advertise that flight together or a certain price and then tell me that that flight is imposible??? Their answer "we are sorry" total bs. They then tell me that they found another option which takes an extra 10hours and on a different day for $3000 more than what I had originally got quoted!!! Total scam!!! I do not recommend this terrible company to anyone. Do not use them!!!
