Double Charge

I bought a holiday deal (Resort and Airfare) from Southwest Airlines. Half and per month after my holiday ALOFT my charge card charged for that hotel stay. Numerous telephone calls usually led to exactly the same reaction (a rest). Oh were sorry, we shall consider off that charge immediately. Five telephone calls the resort has nevertheless not acknowledged my charge card and also later I'm obtaining the same solution.
