My spouse and that I bought a vacation holiday for the child and her spouse, towards the Riveria Maya area of Mexico. It had been an all-inclusive holiday, airfare and travel insurance. Travel agent we handled was Melissa DeVivo. Holiday was bought from Journey by Jen, but equipped by Funjet. All of the transactions we'd with Melissa were upright, resort was excellent, journey was without problem. Throughout their stay, these were hit with a storm. Again, handled pretty nicely from the resort, and never also concerned, since we'd bought travel insurance. Over the last day or two, we were informed numerous tales, directions were obscure, recommended they might stay in the resort for 80 bucks after which at checkout, was billed more than 200 for that stay.
