Vegas.com
Resort fee - no details

Internet & Web

When I booked a Hotel in Las Vegas through this website, they mentioned in a ONE LINE, that a resort fee is payable. Nowhere did they mention that the resort fee is PER DAY, at $ 25.00 per day PLUS Tax 12%.
I had paid for the hotel in full including the taxes and charges. When we arrived, the man at reception pushed a form towards me, saying sign here, here and here in three places. I enquired what that was about and one place was to acknowledge the RESORT FEE. I was shocked that in addition to the charge for staying in the hotel, I would have to pay another US $ 112.00 as we were booked in for 4 days.

When I spoke to the Hotel management about it, they told me that they had told [URL Removed] on more than 3 occasions that they MUST put details of the charge on their website, but had obviously failed to do so.
For the Resort Fee, you get two small bottles of water in the fridge each day, a newspaper in the lobby and "FREE WIFI"... What a rip off!!
