Misrepresented home

Employed hotels.com for that first and last moment. Broker misrepresented the property and organization didn't possess it and wouldn't credit me for that one-night stay when after coming to the place, worrying for my security I named them-and stated it was undesirable, that it was a lot more like a Resort 8 than the usual Hilton home (that the broker explained it had been,) and that I wouldn't have remaining my automobile overnight within the parking lot for concern I'd think it is on cinder blocks each morning. No region to fall off baggage, no doorway or bell guy just one employee behind the table, and also the odor whenever you strolled within the door was of flat atmosphere combined with body odor and food. Anybody I noticed whilst in the parking lot appeared as though it was their temporary house vs. An outoftown stay. The hotels.com broker also explained there must be a company solutions area for me personally to print-out files etc., -there isnot that or perhaps a reception location-he completely just wished to create his fee, (which he confided in me he done.) Main point here do not conduct business with hotels.com!!!
