Cannot get receipts in a timely manne

I have been back from my trip for a week and did not get copies of receipts that Orbitz charged. When I called customer service the person, who could barely speak English, told me it would take 72 hours. She had a hard time understanding.

I would rather pay more to a different service to get my receipts on time.
