Greyhound Bus - WORST customer service EVER

I traveled from Orlando to Las Vegas with greyhound. It was by far the most awful trip imaginable. The bus drivers are on a power trip so that if you complain about anything, they just kick you off. We encountered four people who had been kicked off, all for the most ridiculous things. One boy got left in the middle of Kansas for saying the "F word." The bus stops at greyhound stops which are all extremely expensive and all the employees have the worst attitude. I found a long black hair in my food before i even left the counter and when I asked for a new meal, the woman rolled her eyes at me and didn't even apologize. The busses ran consistently late, which would be excusable if there were a traffic jam or something out of their control, but it was always just a matter of people not knowing how to do their jobs and a lack of care for the customers. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. The employees wouldn't even tell you that the bus was running late, apologize for the inconvenience or even acknowledge the fact that we are all trying to get somewhere on time. The bus was running an hour and a half late at one point and they never once gave an explanation, let alone acknowledge that the bus was late. Another bus driver was talking very loudly and rudely at an elderly lady because she asked a question that upset him, and there was nothing anyone could do because they threaten to leave you and void the rest of your tickets. As a whole, greyhound has forgotten who the customer is. I would absolutely never ride with greyhound again and strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. Going across the country and back gave me great experience with this company, so I know that it wasn't just a bad experience.
