Parking lot scam

Greyhound corporate has a deal with local towing companies at their bus terminals. Greyhound does not make signs clear that there will be no parking at some locations and that after an hour, you vehicle will be towed. When you arrive early in the morning, you will not think to look at the signs because if you are putting your money towards a trip, you expect there to be a place where your car will be safe while you are away at your destination. Also, no where online does it say that this would be a problem. This was my first and last experience with greyhound. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service here and how we were not notified before we even boarded the bus. I will not be referring anyone to greyhound and I will never travel greyhound again.
