I am very disappointed about expedia ; one week ago I book several trips to see my dad in Saint Louis that has been diagnose with pancreatic ca, when I call to book my family a person that was hard to understand book my fly I remember telling her that I want to be their on thanksgiving will stay in my sister house and returning on Tuesday of next week, ask for full insurance because I dint know if my dad will make it up to that time and ask for a mini van for my surprise I was book a week before thanksgiving, a hotel for one day for half of my family, and half of them with insurance. When I call back to resolve the problem they told me to wait until next day and that they will call me back to resolve my problem with "corporate", I told them my situation but they said I have to wait ;next day I saw the charge of all my flights in the credit card of the one I was complaining about, I call them back they said I have to pay 1008.00 $ for the trouble of changing flight they told me that it was the only way I told them I will like to talk to the supervisor she told me that she will call me back on Monday when corporate opens, I wait two day she never call I call back and get the same response, I told them my situation and the need to resolve it and never call me back last time I wait for an hour by the phone and they did answer after telling me to hold. Next day they told me no problem sir we will call you back with a investigation of what happen, 4 days latter after not receiving any call; I book the flight and pay all the penalties and a expensive flight thanks to expedia.com

What I learn that I lose a opportunity to see my dad again in another month if he make it because I lose the 1008$ and that expedia managers don't give a dam of your problem in step the move to collect the money before I stop the payment on my credit card
