Expedia is a scam and is worse customer service ever!

After buy package for my birthday in Domenican Republica for my whole family in a 4 star Hotel (wasn't even 1) the Expedia dont even answer a phone call, after wait for hours. The 1800 number ask you to call another number and you wait, and wait, and wait and pay for this call. So i called my husband in USA to call them from there. He wait, wait, wait and wait, when they finaly answer and my husband and he explained the problem, guess what??? They hung up... So they ruined my family vaccation getting us stuck in awful no star hotel, and expedia employee who was supposed to be at the hotel to give us assistence never showed up. So, Expedia NEVER, EVER again...
